I really enjoyed making this shot, its probably one of my favorite shots i have ever done to date, and i hope it does really well. Only my 4th ever submission on this site :). I chose to do a shot like this because i really felt it goes with my movie; which is all about self harm in teenage girls and manic depression. I hope you see the relevance.
Setup - Lots of ketchup, ribena and brown marker pen :P
focused light onto subject matter.
Processing - Brightness increase, contrast increase, curves, crop, neat image, border.

| Not familiar with this movie title. Looks like a gore film based on your image. The white seems a bit overblown, but there's a definite...message with your photo. Kind of disturbing, but I'm not into this particular genre of movies. |
