 Saw the little guy flying around on mothers day, and got to him just in time to take this shot. He flew around the flower for a bit, but I guess he wanted a photo so he stopped and posed for the camera ;)

I didn't do any post-processing on this at all really...
Just a re-size and save for web.

I haven't entered a submission for a while so I figured I'll give this a go.

As far as Soft Focus is concerned, I hope this works.. I didn't use a soft filter nor did I attempt to re-create one in photoshop, so I hope the overall/average softness will work in this.

don't think I've ever seen a butterfly captured from this angle, it's nice to see a different perspective

beautiful image none the less, focus a bit sharp on the flower, i wish u had done this image for any other challnege, super colors, just love it
