Great panning motion capture. I really love how the black parts of his bike stand out from everything else. I also love that there are other bikes blurred in the background. People really dress well to ride a bike there :D

If he put a bit of air in that rear tire, he might get to work a little quicker and less sweaty.

More interesting than many shots in this challenge. I would have liked to see a tighter crop behind and above the cyclist, and more room in front for him to "ride into", but that's just my preference. Nice panning shot.

I love the panning to follow the bicycle, but the shutter speed might be too low for what you were trying for, maybe not. Although, the motion of illustrated by the moving feet is kind of cool. Some cropping could be used to improve your composition.
