Very good lines and lots of texture throughout. I find your title quite intriguing, because it can imply several different things.

Tone & contrast appear fine. Human element adds to this already interesting architectural environ. A thoughtful and articulate, editorial crop, verticals are excellent, but I think an overall awkward shape.

While I suspect he's out there to have a smoke, this gives the impression he's a groom who's been jilted. Has a sadness, a poignancy to it. Nicely seen.

You know, there was a thread the other day about overused titles. :) (Just kidding)

I like the balance between the dark lower corner and the brighter upper corner. I also like that the man is a prominent part of the picture, but yet is a small part at the same time.

The only suggestion I would have would to boost the contrast a bit. It seems a bit flat to me, but it could just be this monitor.
