 My attempt of the Man Ray classic. Many thanks to Ilyse for modeling.

Levels, curves, hue-sat, B/W conversion, Gaussian blur added to back of head to minimize stray hair and to give illusion of narrower depth of field, cloned out a few skin blemishes.

Well it is now 20 days later and I can't help myself....I have fiddled a bit more and have basically softened & lightened the whole thing...will give more detail if it does any good.

This was one of my 10s of the Free Study.

Very Man Ray-esque - lovely tones, perfect composition. Probably too arty for DPC and a higher score - though I really love it.
