It doesn't seem to be in focus. Either that or your DOF is so shallow that only the very edge of the petal in the foreground is in focus, and that is hurting the photo. The colours are nice but I think they need more contrast to make them pop. The photo seems a bit overexposed, especially at the top. The composition is a bit jumbled, there is no focal point and it appears busy. If I were voting this I would give it a 4.
