 These irises seem to have come from nowhere, I did not see any indication of a flowers last weekend. But now they are in full bloom.


Regular processing -- some NeatImage, followed by a little bit of sharpening.

Like how the stripes in the foreground lead into the picture, and the multiple successive depths. Very pretty!

Gasp!!! My goodness that is beautiful! Flowers are such amazing photographic subjects, but not just anyone can take them to where they stand out and make such an impression on you that they stay with you. Your flower photography is just that! The next time I'm trying to shoot a beautiful flower, I will have this one in my mind as inspiration!
