when the wail of the swamp
and the marsh hens call
and the moan of the southern pine
all meet 'neath the rays of a yellow moon
and the charm of a hoot owl's whine
in the magic sway of a Southern night
and the call of the Southern sea
there's a thrill to life
and a rush of joy
that's a breath of eternity
This could not be any more beautiful. I love how the light makes the flower glow but is not the least bit overpowering. My eye keeps being drawn by the little separate "thing". It looks like a little bug in the light, but it may be part of the flower that's blown away. It adds such a wistfulness and beauty to the photo.
