This was taken on my campus at UNT, University of North Texas. I took like 500 pictures of squirrels that day and this has to be the best.

AWESOME. Tack sharp and so cute. Love the expression. You did a great job. They run around the capitol grounds too and some are so tame, they'll eat out of yours hands.

I really enjoy your work! And your profile tickles me! It's a da cheat! hehe! I've tried contacting you, but for some reason, it's not working... argh! Rotten technology! ^_^

Anyhoo, I love how close this shot feels... and that title is perfect, you can practically read that little guys thoughts. I like the focus on this shot too. Great job!

As others have said this is a great shot but a bit underexposed. This can easily be fixed in a photo program but you need some care as to which function you use. I am using PhotoShop Elements and it is the Levels command that works best for adjusting a photo like this. You see a histogram and then adjust where on the histogram you want white and black to be. More often then not the black point is just find but the white point needs to be brought down in value. The histograms give you a great way to look at this. Almost any of the photo editing programs will have an identical function.

Definately a great capture. Very well done - excellent use of dof and composition. This is my favorite of the shots you have posted. I do agree, it could be lightened just a tad.

super capture... you should brighten it a little.. if you have photoshop cs, shadow-highlights might work wonders in this photo...nice dof by the way..
