Would have been better with context. The trees are too cut off.

Shots of the aurora always seem like free gift photography, really. It's a grand moment though. I'd take issue perhps with your parial inclusion of the trees - more of them would ground, locate the image more strongly. Technically strong work, of course.

Following your rather angry PM, I'd just like to make it clear that that first comment in no way affects my vote, and in fact was meant quite lightheartedly. I'm sure you did go through a lot of discomfort to capture this shot ... but I'm equally sure that should not affect my vote. And I'd still like to see more of the trees/land in frame - this way, its just a pretty pattern in the sky, effectively.
