 A week before the challenge I was trying to take some pictures of sun dogs without burning out my end and I took a number of rather unremarkable shots of the sun. Out of those however one stood out above the others as people looking over my shoulder commented on it. Not being able to submit it my goal was to recapture the same image, I was unable to, however this is a decent attempt anyway.

I don't know how it will do, it isn't exactly WOW, and it doesn't technically meet the challenge, unless the subject are the tree branches but oh well. :)
