Nicely composed. Interesting juxtaposition of the fence and barbed wire, open blue sky and sunshine, and what strikes me as a Why.

Great photo. The subject confuses me however, seem like the barbed wire is above a big opening, so I am not sure what it is keeping out/in. Anyway lovely shot.
