 My partner took this of my Mom and I in March. And, as some of you know my Mom doesn't have much time left here on earth so I treasure all the photos that I have with her.

Very emotive photo, Penny. You can sense the connection between the two of you, and it's interesting how you're both going off in slightly different directions.

Oh Penny! This photo brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing it with us. I love LOVE how you processed this with the old-timey overlay. Somehow, it conveys years and years of togetherness that your relationship has enjoyed.

I'm so SO sorry you two are in the long process of good-bye. I've had to say good-bye to my mom too, and my heart is still so very tender in the part of my heart she will always hold. This very special photo touches that tender place in a powerful way.

oh, Penny , this is wonderful- so emotion filled ...You have my prayers & thoughts in this difficult time. there is not a day that I don't go by my mom's photo on my desk & touch it.
