I have seen a thousand shots like this, and yours is good. The crop could've been a little less tight perhaps, but just a little. I love the plaster on the finger - adds a bit of humanness to your shot. Well done.

I love the lighting here. How did you set it up? I like how the lighting brings out the detail of the dirtiness. I think maybe a little more black negative space on the bottom would have helped frame the shot perfectly. Good work.
