This is the Donkey who lives next door to me. The field he shares with the white horse is full of wildflowers. Needless to say he is photographed from time to time. he thinks he is a celebrity.

Now the question here is, is the mule in the field to protect the horses? as that is what they are usually designed to do, very good attack 'dogs' against coyoto's adn snakes. lovely to just see a simple clean picture telling a story. the soft muted colours works so well here with the pinks and greens, well done
