This are the stairs of a church, I wanted to go more low angle on this but didn't feel comfortable shooting plp in this situation.

Really like the low angle from which this was taken. The person is nicely framed.

The angle you chose framed him well, I think. A very nice slice of life shot. One thing you can try if you're trying to go unnoticed and want to shoot low - set the camera on the ground and shoot. You'll get too much foreground in some cases but you can also get some interesting shots that way. Or sit down, shoot from your lap.

Hmmm...I rarely or try not to make technical comments but since this image seems to have a focus on the lines they might serve you better if they were level on the sides. Unless you go with a fuller tilt abandoning the box completely.
