 Raw File to PS2. Turn to B&W, Then Quad Toned for sepia effect. Sharpened to 50:50( sharpening% and radius).

Another too dark too this and too that. Predict a 5, hope for a 5.8. Still finding my feet.

I don't think this one got the attention or votes it deserved. In one respect, the clouds compete with the city a bit. But at the same time, it could be seen as a ray of hope through polluted skies. (The sepia treatment reminds me of a smoggy city.)
