Very good environmental portrait, but I feel it's processed with a heavy hand (especially the vignetting and the Neat Image or similar) leaving it looking slightly un-natural.

Excellent environmental portrait. The light and ambiance are wonderful. Love the scene with the two kids dressed up like doctors, too.

A cute photo and it is very clear, well done. However, there seems to be a slight tilt to it and you've misspelled "pediatrician".

that is really well done, very clever shot to include the children, certainly gives him a human touch about him, versus just a plain straight portrait. I should expect he is useing this as promotional, it is that good 9
