the motion you have created here gives this semi engine almost the look of a souped up race car - very cool - i am not sure if it is legal in advanced - i think the creation of motion not present in the original is not allowed, except for in Expert editing where anything goes |

I like both. I think the zoom blur gives it an interesting effect. |

I like it, but I doubt if it would score well. Most voters don't like blur, or filters. It is definitely legal to get the zoom blur by manipulating the lens. But I think it is not legal to use the filter to distort the original. There are two bullets in the "You May Not" section of the rules that would apply to this.

Great color and the zoom blur makes it interesting. It might be legal with "Expert Editing". |
