 This was the sunset on March 5, 2004 taken from the Unwin Ave Marina in Toronto's Waterfront area.

Shot in Raw mode using Canon 18-55mm kit lens.

During conversion to TIFF, I adjusted color temperature, increased exposure, increased contrast and saturation, some color adjustments were also done during the process.

Post Processing included removing an electrical post and all the wires connected to it running from the left to right of the frame.

A little more selective colour correction and playing around with the levels to come up with a sunset view with a wide variations in color intensities.

Interesting sunset, a nice assortment of colours. The composition seems a bit haphazard though, I'd have looked for some strong shapes to silhouette and expoited rule of thirds.

This looks over saturated in places but it is a dramatic sky. Too much treatment though so it will suffer in the scoring probably.

I don´t find de real focus in this picture. The bottom part of the picture is lack of detail. Definitively I don´t like the image.

Terrific cloud image. Not quite as sharp as it could be. If it was mine, I'd probably crop out that bush/tree on the left, but it's yours and you went a different way. It's a nice photo and I"m glad to have seen it.
