I love this shot and I am surprised at how it ranked among the other shots. This should have been at least top 20.

would make a beautiful postcard, might have looked better with a longer exposure

I like the composition of this image a lot, but I find the colours perhaps a bit too saturated. The redness of the trees, given that the sky is so dark seems a bit unnatural to my eye, I'm afraid. Also, I'm not sure about the effectiveness of the very bright, white area hear the centre (the moon).

likes - angle on tree
dislike - color contrast trees seem a bit too red, perhaps in B&W? Standard type of shot

It may be that you ran into some tree branches in the wrong place, or that you are the victim of a little vignetting at the top. Not enough to notice, really, and the trees stand out well from the blue background. Still easily a 7
