I'm afraid this looks like a casual snap. The light and shadows are a problem here, and there's a lot of obvious schmutz on the window that is catching all that light. It's also skewed. A shot at a different time of day would probably be way better for this subject.
They need to wash the window lol. Interesting piece. Not totally sure what to think of it because this is definitely not something I would photograph. This is the kind of thing most of us probably pass by without thinking about it. Good job of making at least one person stop and think. :)
