The eyes here are very nice and I like having shots where you can see the mum and the baby interacting. This would also look nice if baby was looking at mum, as here it lacks a little intimacy between the two. Also, the lighting looks just a bit unbalanced (landing on baby's chest) perhaps a more diffused light over a more dispersed area would work. Overall, it's a nice shot, just my two cents :)

I love the look in her eyes and I like that mom is right in there enjoying being with her little girl.
