Again on duplicate layer new hue/sat layer in blend mode color...click colorize
Merge visible
gaussian blur
Make background visible
Blend Soft light
New Fill layer -blend mode softlight - choose white
Set opacity
Add contrast

HI. I like the picture. Are you happy with the DPP software? New in using it and trying to decide whether to change to lightroom or continue learning the canon software.
i think you had a good idea in mind, but the way you presented your idea really isn't the best. it doesn't really flow, and although i understand your concept, its hard to catch everyhting thats going on
