Sepia tone refers to the coloring of a black and white photographic print that has been toned with a sepia toner to simulate the faded brownish color of some early photographs. The blue shows me this really is not a true sepia. I do like the upward perspective and sharp focus.

Well, it might look Sepia other than the blue that while pretty does not meet the challenge, sorry.
