2. convert to JPG
3. crop

nice colors, although you could have used symmetry on the background colors too, just a suggestion

what a pleasant surprise after opening the thumbnail. i did not like the tight composition or uneven colored background...but still 7 for even lighting and mainly for the surprise.

The symmetry, in my opinion, is lost with your background. The background should probably have been broken up equally into four quadrants so that it really brings out that beautiful flower!

DOF is very shallow, making the pedals appear soft. lighting is good, may be just a tad too strong on the right side.
