Try looking at this in a letter box crop losing the back ground at the top too me it is much more wow like that.

This could have been so much better if you had walked or zoomed forward to cut out the bare muddy patch. And tilted the camera down to fill the view with as many flowers as possible.

This probably would've been better for the odds competition! Maybe you should've cropped it to make them all even. The dirt in the front is distracting from a truly beautiful image.

Very nice image. I think it could have been made even stronger if you had taken a few more steps into the field to reduce the "bare spot" to about half of its present size.
