 These little duck flashlights were the favor at my sister's baby shower. I used a black & white adjustment layer in CS3, tinted it blue, and masked back in the in-focus duck. This is my first challenge entry.
Disqualification Details
You may not use the marquee, lasso, or similar tool to select a portion of your image for any reason other than cropping or creating a border. This includes the use of masks.
