 A glass blower works on a new piece.

If this ends up in the 4's then there is no hope for me.

Post-challenge notes:
I'm happy, though it kept me on pins and needles the last several days of the voting, once it came within striking distance of setting a new personal best. By just a hair (.0291), it didn't make it. Still a very good score for me and it pushed the low 6 from the Ice challenge off of my profile page.

This really is an excellent closeup with VERY good work on the exposure to keep the highlights from being blown. Great depth of color, excellent composition, and very clean and crisp.

I am amazed that you managed to get so close without singing off your eyebrows or melting you camera!! how did you manage to get this shot, it is amazing. I love the colours and the twirling of the glass, you caught it just right. Well done
