 A macro of water streaming from the tap into my sink. The color is from the cherry design on the tiles on my kitchen. Shot with my Nikon 50mm f/1.8 on a reversing ring, hand held.

very beautiful :) - you know...if you take away those 00's you're 1th place! kinda abstract in itself right? :) -- georgeous shot -should have scored higher than it did!

I'm going to have to go look at the water in my sink... I don't think it looks nearly this interesting. Should I remove the aerator?? Looks like liquid glass. Neat shot.

Don't you know that all backgrounds are supposed to be monitors or prints of other photos? This photo is like the ribbon winner, only good. Really good.

I like this - would look good as a large print in an East End bar/restaurant. Just the title 'Tap Water' would do, mind, and leave the rest to viewers to work out!

I love how the water looks, and I love abstracts (my entry is abstract, and i'm sure it wont to terribly good). I wish you had cropped the right side, its really distracting and takes away from the rest of the image. A 7 for me! :)
