This is the marina where my friend keeps hos sailboat. He is actually down the walk way but has moved off to the side to look at one of the sailboats.

Levels
Channels Mixer to convert to B&W
Create darker layer and blend with original layer (to capture some of the bright areas that were getting blown out)
Dodge and Burn
Crop and Resize

Would be perfect for this week's triangle challenge (in my opinion at least). The technique you have used to convert to B&W seems to be very effective.

symmetry, angles to form repeating shapes, a path to the otherside - all wonderful elements to draw the viewer in

Way cool - it draws me into the photo due to the leading lines of the masts. Excellent.

Ooooooh. . .How INTERESTING!!! This is very striking Ron. Where is that marina? Man, I love the leading lines, and then the busy abstract lines. Way to go!

I love the lines. Great detail front to back. And the black vs. white masts really complement each other.
