Interesting but a bit too much background on the right there. Nice tight crop up on that eye really would have made the difference for me.

This is cool because the eye is centered yet the image still retains some of the "off center quality" very neat.

I really like the idea. I think it would be much stronger if most of the hair was extremely sharp.
