I think your getting a lot of your color cast from the granite. Paired with some incandescent light source. The white dish isn't true white. In photoshop, go to levels and use the eye droppers to select a true white spot. It should really even out the tones. You can also go into the hue/saturation slider and choose the red channel. you can slowly desaturate just that hue to tone it down.

Mmm... I like the angle and composition. The light could possibly have a bit less red in it? Or a bit lighter? I'm not sure. But it's chocolate ice cream - who cares!? :o)
