This cat looks like it wants food. Eyes could be a bit sharper, the focus seems more on the nose. Otherwise, a nice and detailed image.

This is nice but after seeing the other closeup cat shots on this site I see now why the really good ones stand out. Both eyes are illuminated evenly, giving a symmetrical aspect to the image, which is always pleasing to the eye no matter how the symmetry is conveyed. Your cat's eyes are not lit up the same and that's what hit me right off the bat. A pleasing capture all the same for a Warm Colours challenge.

This is a really nice, well centered, sharp composition. definitely fits the theme too--originally scored this a 6, but when coming back to comment bumping up to a 7.
