 I've always wanted to take a picture of a fish jumping but could never do it. This fish isn't really jumping but is fighting being reeled in by a fisherman. While I was taking pictures of ducks on a little lake in Salida a fisherman caught a fish and I was able to snap a few shots.

He did throw it back afterwards.

I doubt this will score that well but it is a shot I like.

took me a few seconds to process what i was looking at
its a pretty great photo, its difficult getting a shot like that i could imagine
