 I had this sign in mind for the comp, but I am not sure if it comes off, I am not into editing yet as I am new to this and one to concentrate on the basics.

I don't know about this image. It has a curve or two but they are not evident enough to make an impact.

yes, please. But seriously, I'd like to see this shot maybe at sunset, with maybe a fill flash on the signs.

Your gonna make me go to Killmeyers now and order a lowenbrau! This doesn't meet the challenge, I don't think circles do well in a Curves challenge.
