Seems to be a couple of verses in photographic form... very expressive. Excellent exposure catching great highlights in the drops and good toning as well. One of the very few cases I've seen where this kind of border works well too. Why so small though? Takes so much away from what's otherwise a great photo with a unique look.

I like the sepia tone you have used in this image and actually think the border works ok but I am finding it difficult to find a point of interest here. I think focus on a smaller area of the branches which includes 2 or 3 water drops with a very shallow DOF would make this a lot more interesting.

This is just my humble opinion.
