Another from Liverpool. This city has some amazing architecture. Fortunately many of the old buildings are being renovated. This is the ceiling of an old bank that has been converted into a lovely restaurant. I was captivated by the beauty and detail of the flowers.

Fantastic tones and textures, Sarah. Great job on the B&W conversion.

This is BEAUTIFUL! It looks so perfect for the pattern challenge. You must have a ribbon photo in that challenge. What beautiful architecture.

beautiful use of b/w to emphasize the textures of this bank building - the flowers really seem to jump off the screen

I like this and the how the light & shadows create a totally different look on each of the patterns, even though they are all the same.

I love ornate architecture like this, so sad they don't make much of it anymore. Nice capture.

Nice capture of the intersting ceiling pattern. Could be improved a bit by making it perfectly symmetrical.

I quite nearly seems to move - to radiate as you look at it. Well captured to keep perspective (you're really good at that!) and show us the detail.
