 Just at after sunset on the fishing pier. Had to wait for all the tourists to leave after the sun went down. Only my second tonemapped image. It helped immensely with the high contrast between sky and very dark pier.

Selective desat on pier, dodge and burn on fisherman and pole, levels, neat image.
