The correction:
1) Image, Adjustments, Match Color, click the Neutralize box, hit OK.

2)Image, Adjustments, Auto Color.

3) Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Curves, then click the middle eyedropper on the lower right and click on a neutral Grey pixel in the image. (I clicked around the 630 vertical and 580 horizontal coordinates)
