As mentioned, good composition with the shadow placement. Overall effective framing of a commonplacce object. |

Good perspective and the DOF is nice here. Agree with other commenters, the shadow is excellent. Well seen! |

You could also call it "triple @". The shadow makes it all. |

You've captured a nice design, and I like how it is continued in the form of a shadow on the wall. Simple but very suggestive. |

This is just so cool. It's a bit abstract and yet familiar. Fantastic job on the B&W conversion. |

This kind of picture makes an impression on me. I like this idea of the hard/soft composition - iron and shadow.
Finding relationships in this type of scene is often rewarding, as it requires the photographer to take time to explore & discover the optimum view of the play of light.
Another in the archive which I enjoy as much as yours, and is similar but in colour, is this version of your subject:

The shadow in the back is really the icing here. Well seen. |

Great choice for B+W; the shadow in the background makes the shot for me. |

Combined with the shadow it's almost an alien face, which is kinda cool! |

I like the shadow in the background and my eyes keep bouncing around in the image because of the curves. |
