 You never heard of the easter kitty?
Well here’s his tale, but it sure ain’t pretty
He saw a bunny with a basket of eggs
And thought to himself, ‘ummm, tasty legs!’
Fade to black, second act
No more bunny just a fat-ass cat
I warned ya‘ll this wouldn’t be nice
But kitty says bunnies is better than mice
So here comes kitty with eggs in a basket
And bunny-breath, he don’t even try to mask it

Now you all understand why I generally do not write the words myself :-)

That ROCKS!!! Love the poem too. Seriously. Needs to be in a book of humorous poetry. Great kitty too. How'd you get him to hold that basket? ;~p

This is a masterful visual rendition of Easter Kitty. Balance of the natural, the contrived and the understated. Well, maybe it's Kitty's posture, paws and tail. Well, OK, the gleam in his eye. Love it. (Your poem should work up into a great hip hop too). Happy Easter.
