This office space has been for rent for a long long time. In fact I used to work in said offices when I sold Insurance 21 years ago and the office closes down about 19 years ago and this sign has been in the window ever since from what I remember. I may have missed someone being in that space but I don't think so. Besides which the old sign has no numbers to reach someone even if you were interested in the space.

Composition is spot on and the reflection really gives it a sense of location. Almost has a closed-in claustrophobic edge to it

Waste of a perfectly good easel, huh? The inclusion of the parking meters adds to the sense of time, and the reflected building gives a sense of the memories of the past. Really well seen and captured.

Very cool shot. I love the reflection in the window which kind of adds a texture overlay naturally. And had to laugh at the "up to date" part if the place has been available for 20 years as you suspect.

Great photo and story. Like the building reflected in the window. This looks like a kind of triptych.

That sign looks like its been there a long time too. Another funny pic ... and we get to see you reflected in the window glass as well! The meters are a nice foreground touch.
