Wow! This is AWESOME! Congratulations on your first ribbon!!! You have such talent, so I'm sure there will be more! :)

My favorite part is that it was shot with an HP point and shoot :)
Just goes to show that it's the photographer, not the camera.

Wow, thank you everyone! I can't believe I got a ribbon...it's such a big jump from my previous entries. I just happened to take this photo not even knowing there was a fence challenge going on, so I was a bit lucky. Of course, everything is so beautiful in Utah, it's hard to NOT take a good photo!

Thanks again...oh, and horray for my compact camera ;P

Edit: Um...not sure how I edit my official Photographer's comments... I am n00bly.

Congratulations on your ribbon and on your personal best (quite a leap in score for you, too). Terrific location. I thought this was the most beautiful of the "traditional" shots.

Interesting, you only find the negative comments helpful? ;-)

This is simply gorgeous. My brother likes to go riding at the coral dunes, he has mentioned how pretty it is but now I now. I must make a trip. Congrats on your ribbon.

Nicely done I like the use of the fence as a leading line here taking us up and over the dunes. Will have to bump this up a notch or two.

This is a very good shot. Even though there is a lot of open space in the shot, the eye is easily drawn to the fence.

Nice shot. It would be improved by cropping the top about 2/3 of the way down to the top of the dune. It also looks a bit dark and flat.

Wow. 10. The bending of the fence and the dunes complement each other very well.

Nice lighting on the sand, the low angle gives nice curves. Great texture. Very pretty.

I love the smooth lines in the sand dunes, and the weathered fence.

I love this photograph, wish I had somewhere like this in Oregon to hangout at!

This is a good but looks unedited and dull. Needs to be sharper. I think with some extra editing I would have given this a 10 easy. 6
