Having a hard time seeing fence as the focal point. Nice capture and use of colours though.

the colors are bright and the processing is extreme, but the composition just seems dead. There isn't a focal point and the bright spot in the middle distracts so much from the fence that I feel like I am just staring into a void.

Very lovely, the colors are amazing! The boarder, however, is a bit distracting.

Looks to be shot through some sort of filter, and this is way too unnatural looking to me. Reverse those two comments, and this would be a fine comp with great scenery, it's just hard to get past those intense reds, and golds...

Beautiful colors. Edges seem faded (vignettes or lens hood?). Not sure if we can do that in basic editing. Still a gorgeous shot. Good luck.

Looks like something from a pin hole camera. Either you have over processed your shot or your camera/lens is having problem. If you are making this purposely, then I shall say you have ruined a nice scenery.
