 I poked around my classroom today to see if anything looked interesting to shoot as a macro. These new pastels were bright and colorful, and one of the few things I shot that didn't come out blurry (handheld + tiny p&s camera doesn't work so well). Tried to line up the words on 2 of them to make one word. It kinda worked.

Anyway, some color adjustments and cropping, and cleaned up some of the messy smudges of color. I didn't like that the words were upside down, so I rotated it. I figured it gave it a bit of an unexpected twist at this angle, so I left it.

I was really thrown off balance by this image so I am loving it. The bright blue wonderful on the bottom and the colors going on into infinity is the key to this photo for me.

I agree with you on the rotation and the wide range of color is great. I really like the vanishing point aspect of the image. I would have like a little more DoF. Nicely done with your P&s camera.

Fun colors and catchy composition. Love the rhythm and lines in particular. Also, amazing detail from the red right down to the texture of the paper. Very enjoyable capture indeed!
