It looks quite like the land of "OZ". At least that is the first thing that came to mind when I saw this. Nicely done. It must have been hazy for you to go with the B&W and high contrast.

Here, I would say just a tad less contrast, but it does work well here. I like the way the city seems to shine in the distance.
