This is a great expression, pose, his blurred foot is a little distracting, but overall its nicely done. Lighting looks good to me. I'd probably clone out the string on his right arm.

very cute smile, and your focus is good. Looks like you did a selective de-saturation on the eyes which for this one in particular I am not such a big fan- I think it would be more effective and make a bigger impact on a shot that is a closer crop of her where her eyes draw more focus.
