Wonderful detail and I love your processing, he looks like metallic, like he is sculpted out of silver, copper and brass! |

Very nice looking water dragon. I like how it looks like it's looking right at me. |

I hope it isn't a fire breathing water dragon. Great textures on the dragon. The eye seems to follow me wherever I go. The green in the background makes the dragon stand out. Great shot Greg. |

The lighting is a little harsh, but still a great capture. I love lizard shots as they always a amazing creatures to me. There seems to be a bit of noise in the background - perhaps clean that a bit and try to sharpen the eye up. |

I can't tell if the detail and contrast is so rich that it just blows me away or if the light is just too harsh. He/She? comes off as silvery, but I suspect it is more grey or pearlescent. This is a great close up, perhaps a tad more DOF would leave the eyeball just as sharp as the rest. In this case, I think I would have pushed ISO to 400, closed down the aperture to 8 or so and tried for a bit quicker shutter to get the sharp out of the lens before sharpening in post process.
BTW: The thumbnail is impressive as H377! |
