Cool feel, good lines, tthe b&w conversion works well. You could have cloned out the sensor dust just above the bridge to make it nice and clean, but that wont affect my vote. Nice work.

Conceptually, I think this is great. Excellent (tilted) angle and crop. Black-and-white was a good choice. I think it may have benefited from a little more depth or contrast (and/or sharpeness maybe) to bring out some of the subtle textures in the concrete and give it some perspective. Still, an eight for you.
